Yes, we don't need to advocate monotheism or any traditional notion of Jewish theism to recognize the beauty and truth of b'tselem elohim. As I describe in the intro, the secular version is recognizing that all people are worthy of equal rights, a well-known notion in the modern world, albeit less recognized in practice alas.
